Self Reflection

REFLECTION

    Throughout this project, I have learned so many things, the goods and the bad ones. It was a very great experience to hold a position as the director of this project even though I still feel as if I don't deserve the spot. Firstly, I would like to thank my classmates for trusting me with this position and for being very helpful in guiding me as the director of this program. It was such a great experience. 

    Aside from gaining experience as the director, I love taking this subject because I get to know my coursemates and get close to them even though we never met in real life. I would also like to thank Dr Nurul for her guidance along this project and it was fun working with you Dr <3 Thank you for entrusting me with this project. It was very fun working with everyone, and Alhamdulillah the project went well, thanks to everyone for making Digital Media Studio a success. 

    What I learned from this project is cooperation is very important. No matter how good you are, working in a group is always better than working alone. You get to create memories, and if everyone cooperated, you get to settle your work quicker than you expected. I love the cooperation that I see between my classmates. Everyone working and helping each other regardless of the task given to make things easier and better.

    I really wish for covid to end as soon as possible so that I can join this kind of activity again in the future but physically because I believe that the project could be more fun when you get to meet people face to face when conducting a community service. You get to see everyone's reaction live during the event. Nevertheless, I still love our project. Thanks to everyone <3

WEEK 2

21/03/21(11.00AM - 12.00PM) A meeting was done by the upper team to decide the date for the project to be done. The project was decided to be done on week 6 (17/4/2021 & 18/4/2021). The job scope for each sub group was discussed. A lucky draw was suggested to be done during the event and the prizes for the competition were set. One of the leader of the subgroup suggested to do a Canva workshop. Timing of event:- 17/03/2021 - 1 hour 30 mins 18/03/2021 - 1 hour 30 mins 24/03/2021(9.00PM - 10.45PM) LOGO A meeting with the whole class was done to brief on what have been discussed by the upper team on 21/03/2021. The students are required to fill in their full name and their matric number inside the google spreadsheet prepared by our secretary. WEEK 1

18/03/21(9.00AM - 11.00AM) First briefing for Social Engagement Project from Dr Nurul Fazmidar through slides. The position for executive board and community board were decided. Siti Nur 'Aisyah Binti Radzi was was appointed as the leader and Muhammad Amirul Hakim Bin Ghazali was appointed as the co-leader. A voting was done to decide what project will be done by our class and we have all agreed to do a workshop and coffee talk session.
